Jim Happ
Jim founded HomeFirst Home Healthcare in 2020 and is responsible for leading the company towards achieving its’ mission, vision, and strategic goals.
His career in home healthcare spans four decades and includes both financial and operational executive leadership roles for local, regional, and national home healthcare providers.
Jim has experienced significant change and evolution in the home healthcare industry. Through it all, he understands the importance of individual and organizational core values as he guides HomeFirst to become an organization that strives for excellence. Jim says “this is a people serving people industry and we must treat everyone that we encounter just as we would want to be treated. Our core values of respect, integrity, dignity, and compassion need to guide our daily actions.”
Jim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Miami University, a master’s degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
During his leisure time, Jim enjoys exercise that includes a long bike ride on a warm south Florida afternoon.
Lisa Potter
Lisa joined HomeFirst Home Healthcare as the Chief Financial Officer in 2023. She brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience at national health systems and in the post-acute healthcare arena, specializing in the Homecare and Hospice industry.
Most recently Lisa was the Chief Financial Officer for a large home health provider where she played an intregal part in growing both Net Revenue and EBITDA. Previously, Lisa was the Chief Financial Officer for a national hospice organization with 55 service locations. Lisa assisted in the successful sale of the organization in 2020.
Having a passion for providing services to patients and families in the home, Ms. Potter held the Chief Financial Officer role for a regional provider of health at home for 8 years, partnering with multiple health systems, as well as the State of Colorado to provide home-based telehealth services to patients with congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and diabetes.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona, a master’s of science degree in Healthcare Services Administration and a master’s in business administration from the University of St. Francis.
Lisa lives in Westminster, Colorado with her husband and three children.
Cassie Glover
Cassie Glover is the Human Resources Administrator at HomeFirst Home Healthcare. Cassie has over 13 years’ experience in home health payroll, human resource management, and benefits administration.
She has worked for 15 years providing executive level support to Directors, Vice Presidents, and CEO’s. Her desire is to educate and assist employees with the payroll and human resources aspects of their employment.
When she is not at work, Cassie loves spending time with her family and her miniature Schnauzer, Ollie.
Hannah Robertson
Hannah joined the HomeFirst team in 2022. As an accountant in many industries, she first worked in healthcare in 2020. Healthcare is where Hannah has landed and thrived. Building and implementing an accounting structure and line of communication to help all areas of the business flourish.
Providing the best possible care to patients and their families is the ultimate goal in healthcare. Accounting is a piece of providing the best care. Hannah enjoys teaching those around her to the tools they need to the manage finances with ease, making the care of the patient front and center.
Hannah has a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University. She spends time with her husband and pets in downtime, and enjoys attending many concerts in Nashville, Tennessee.
