Chris Jones
Chris Jones was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HomeFirst Home Healthcare in January 2025 and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Jones oversees the company’s multi-state home health and private duty divisions. He directs the strategic, financial and operational management of the company, drawing on over 25 years of home health and private duty experience. Prior to joining the HomeFirst team Jones served as a Senior VP at SunCrest Home Health and most recently as the founding CEO at Adoration Home Health and Hospice.
Chris received a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Cumberland University in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse.
Kevin Lennon, Jr.
Kevin Lennon, Jr. was appointed Chief Financial Officer of HomeFirst Home Healthcare in February 2025. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in operational finance, including over a decade in home healthcare, Mr. Lennon oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations, including cash management, accounting, information technology, and enterprise systems. Prior to joining HomeFirst, Mr. Lennon served in senior finance leadership roles within private equity-backed healthcare organizations, where he led growth initiatives, strengthened financial infrastructure, and supported strategic expansion through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.
He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and is actively engaged in the Atlanta community, serving on the Board of Directors of Planned PEThood of GA. Kevin resides in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Georgia with his partner, Christopher, and their Yorkipoo, Olive.
Amanda McFaddin
Amanda McFaddin serves as the Compliance Officer and is responsible for compliance with all Federal, State, local and 3rd Party laws and regulations, as well as managing regulatory and compliance investigations, audits and overseeing auth and the AR department. Amanda has over 29 years of experience in healthcare, with 19 years in the home health industry, working at companies such as SunCrest Home Health and Adoration Home Health and Hospice. Immediately prior to joining HomeFirst, Amanda served as the VP of Compliance at Hoveround Corporation. She has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and a master’s degree in health informatics from Walden University.
Amanda honorably served eight years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and EMT. She is married to Trent, and they have two beautiful children and four puppy dogs.
Hannah Robertson
Hannah joined the HomeFirst team in 2022. As an accountant in many industries, she first worked in healthcare in 2020. Healthcare is where Hannah has landed and thrived. Building and implementing an accounting structure and line of communication to help all areas of the business flourish.
Providing the best possible care to patients and their families is the ultimate goal in healthcare. Accounting is a piece of providing the best care. Hannah enjoys teaching those around her the tools they need to the manage finances with ease, making the care of the patient front and center.
Hannah has a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University. She spends time with her husband and pets in her downtime, and enjoys attending many concerts in Nashville, Tennessee.
Cassie Glover
Cassie Glover is the Human Resources Administrator at HomeFirst Home Healthcare. Cassie has over 15 years experience in home health payroll, human resource management, and benefits administration.
She has worked for 15 years providing executive level support to Directors, Vice Presidents, and CEO’s. Her desire is to educate and assist employees with the payroll and human resources aspects of their employment.
When she is not at work, Cassie loves spending time with her family.
